Dear Homeowners Association Member,

In response to state mandates, and wanting to do our part to combat the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), the Board of Directors will be hosting the annual HOA meeting online-only. There will be no in-person meeting.  We will be utilizing live video conferencing technology which will enable you to watch and participate in the meeting using your computer, tablet and/or smart mobile device (don’t worry, you don’t have to show your video). Our goal will be to make this as close to a regular, in person, meeting as possible.

ITEMS TO NOTE:

  • Submitting Questions Prior to Meeting:
    To cover as much material in the time available for the meeting, we ask that all questions be submitted prior to the meeting. This will help the Board provide answers as part of the meeting’s presentation.  If there is any time left at the end, non-submitted questions may be asked.  Questions may be submitted on the Hampton Place website.
  • Sign-On Early:
    The live conference meeting room will open early at 6:00 PM. We encourage you to sign on early to work out any technical issues that may arise.  Additionally, that will give you the opportunity to learn how to use the software in the event you would like to ask a question, etc. during the meeting.  Once the meeting starts, we will not be able to assist resolving technical issues.
  • Not able to attend? Slides will be available.
    As always, if you’re not able to attend the meeting, the slides and shared information will be made available soon after the meeting via the Hampton Place website.
