Pool Information

Nestled in the heart of Hampton Place, our neighborhood swimming pool is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and connect with friends and family. Whether you're looking to cool off on a hot summer day or enjoy a leisurely swim, the pool is here to enhance your neighborhood experience.

Annual Waiver and Release of Liability Form:

To use the pool, on an annual basis, all residents are required to complete the waiver and liability form and email or mail the form to Lawrence Management. The waiver form is emailed out to all residents and available below. If you fail to register prior to the pool opening, you must contact the Homeowners Association Management Company to register for pool usage. A small fee may apply.

Pool "Membership" and Access:

The pool is exclusively available to residents of Hampton Place and their guests (see Guest Policy within the Pool Rules). Access requires an active keycard, ensuring a private and comfortable environment for our community. Please ensure your HOA account is up to date, as owners and residents with outstanding balances including past due assessment and/or fees are prohibited from accessing the pool and grounds.

Pool access will be updated weekly on Wednesdays.

• Past-due payments made on Thursdays will take effect the following Wednesday, while payments made on Mondays will be updated that Wednesday.
• If Wednesday is a holiday, updates will occur on the next business day.
• Lifeguards and Board members cannot authorize key card access.
