ITEMS TO NOTE:
- 2021 Homeowners Association Dues - $470.00 ($25 reduction) – DUE MAY 1, 2021:
The Board would like to thank residents for their suggestions and requests for the 2021 budget! In accordance with Article VI : Section 1 of the HOA Code of Regulations, the Board of Directors has voted to establish the 2021 dues at $470 per lot which covers the expenses associated with the pool, increased cost of Hampton Place operating expenses, common area maintenance, and continued support of the existing items that help make Hampton Place a great place to live!
- Annual Swimming Pool Waiver – DUE MAY 1, 2021
All residences who plan to use the Hampton Place swimming pool and associated facilities are required to complete the HAMPTON PLACE POOL REGISTRATION & WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY form on an annual basis. Without this form on file for 2021, residence keycard access to the pool will be disabled until received. Forms received after May 1, 2021 will still be accepted, however a $5.00 processing charge will be applied and must be paid in order to obtain access the pool. See enclosed instructions with the form.
- Board of Director Elections:
The Board of Directors has three Board positions up for election/re-election in filling the 2021- 2023 term (2-year commitment). If you would like to be considered by the Nominating Committee to be put on the ballot, please complete the application located on the Hampton Place Website (hamptonplace.org/board). All applications must be received by MARCH 26, 2021. In accordance with the Hampton Place Code of Regulations, elections will occur at the upcoming annual HOA meeting.
- Submitting Questions Prior to Meeting:
To cover as much material in the time available for the meeting, we ask that all questions be submitted prior to the meeting. This will help the Board provide answers as part of the meeting’s presentation. If there is any time left at the end, non-submitted questions may be asked. Questions may be submitted here.
All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend. This is a great opportunity to meet and greet your neighbors, learn about plans for 2021, and address questions and concerns about the community.
