The cluster mailboxes are owned and maintained by the Homeowners Association (HOA). Please refrain from posting any flyers on the mailbox boxes. Key issuance and replacement are handled by the North Ridgeville USPS (NR USPS). Each property is provided with three keys at the time of closing. If keys are lost or if the home is sold and the keys are not provided during the transfer, the owner must go in person to the NR USPS to request new keys. There is a fee of $35 to have the mailbox lock re-cored in this situation, and new keys will be issued.
