The Homeowners Association Management company performs inspections twice a month and treats all residents and violations equally regardless or residence, personal preference, etc.  If you see a residence with an alleged rule violation that has not been handled, it could be one of the following:

  1. The alleged violation is too new where it has not yet been seen during the inspections.
  2. The alleged violation has been seen during the inspection, and the resident has been notified and within their 21 day window to resolve the issue.
  3. A hearing has been requested of the Board of Directors and it has not yet occured.
  4. A hearing has occured with the Board of Directors and a judgement has not yet been passed down.
  5. It may not be a violation of the rules.
